We will contact you to discuss the initial insurance verification and any next steps. Additionally, we will contact your  doctor to confirm order for Home Infusion therapy.  

Home Infusion may not be covered by all insurance plans and the cost of therapies may vary from other sites of care, such as your doctor's office or outpatient infusion suite. You will be provided with an estimate of any out of pocket costs prior to initiating Home Infusion services.
